I haven't had any caffeine this week, and it hasn't been fun. I'm definitely feeling the effects of withdrawal. This usually strengthens my resolve - I don't like being so dependent on anything.
Went to karate last night and ate tolerably well yesterday. I think I do need to find a way to get back in the gym without feeling utterly wiped, but I haven't decided how yet. I need to make it through the week first!
