The daily check-in is really helpful for me when I'm trying to do something new, hence all the posting.
Yesterday went just fine, although I realize I'm eating much less than usual. It's not precisely bad, but it's not precisely intentional, either, and it's something I'm going to need to keep an eye on to make sure I don't go overboard.

After about the fourth day of zeroing out carbs and sugar/caffeine combos, I tend to start having waking hallucinations of pizza. Specifically brick oven pizza. And then the concept of giant yeast rolls flood my mind until I've had my fill of protein-heavy meats, eggs and leafy greens permitted on low-carby types of diets.
As you may have noticed, I'm not one to take diet or nutritional advice from. You certainly seem like the type that can stick with it and really make a positive change, so I'm sending mojo good vibes in your direction. Good luck, and check out that Stevia stuff as a sugar substitute. It's alright.
