As I expected, I dropped about two pounds of water yesterday, and probably have another two to go. I'm PMSing like mad, so my food choices are not ideal, but I don't really have terrible food in the house, so my options for cheating are limited.
Crossfit this morning was Death By Pullup - one of my favorites. I really haven't been doing that many this past month or so, but I still beat my best score handily. I feel pretty good about that :) I'm taking the next triplet off, and possibly the one after that, depending on how recovered I feel and how bored I am.
I spent last night at the new dojo painting, but I think I'm going to go to practice tonight - I don't want to go a whole week without practicing.
