Water

...retention, that is. Between this weekend's nonstandard diet, Monday's cheat meal, Thai food last night for dinner, and it getting to be that time of the month, I'm probably about four or five pounds bloated. Not my favorite thing, but at least I know it'll pass.

Another challenging workout this morning - I really won't be able to lift my arms above my head if this keeps up. Tonight I'll be doing more work at the new dojo - we're trying to get everything done this weekend, so we can move in next week. It's still sort of fun, but I'll be happy when it's all done and I can go back to practice :P
