I'm not super excited to start the week, to be honest - I'm looking forward to scheduling some vacation. I have lots and lots waiting for me if I can ever get away long enough to take it.
I was able to do my workout at the park this morning instead of going all the way to the gym, which saves me a ton of time. The gym's only a few miles away, but it's still faster to walk across the street. I did lots and lots of situps and some other bodyweight exercises (lunges, squat thrusts, etc) and while the workout felt almost too fast, I need the ab work - it's one of my weakest points.
Yesterday I decided to try to make up for the carbs I'd been missing in a more-or-less controlled fashion, and I think it helped. Even after that, I'm only up a fraction of a pound, and I feel less drained than I did this time yesterday.
