June

I recalculated my blocks using a higher activity factor and my current weight and body fat, and I got 15 blocks - up from twelve. I'll try that for a week or two and see how it goes. The other new thing this month is that I'm doing John Stone's 100 Challenge - the idea is you plan out your food and workout goals, start with 100 points, and deduct one point for each deviation. I'm not sure how much I need the reinforcement right now, but I've done this a few times in the past, and it's been helpful.

This morning's workout was the same type as yesterday's, although I found it slightly less taxing. Lunch yesterday was not particularly clean - a hamburger and grilled potatoes - but it was certainly yummy. I need to get back on the wagon this week, though. My PMS should be mostly over by now, anyway.

Down about 2% body fat in May, according to my (not terribly accurate) scale. That's a good number, although I have quite a ways to go yet. I'm still hoping to hit Milestone 1 in mid-June-ish, and then I'll be able to see where Milestone 2 should fall.
