Unexpected Rest

Today wouldn't normally be a rest day, but the workout is mostly running, so I'm just switching it out for tomorrow's rest day - tomorrow, I run a 5k. It would be silly to run a mile and half today and then try to do twice that tomorrow.

I made a point of eating more salty stuff than normal yesterday, and it helped a lot at karate - I need to keep an eye on that, because I'm just sweating so hard. I drink a lot of water anyway, but if I don't have enough salt, my blood pressure gets too low and I get dizzy, which is a bad thing.
