I'm sitting .2 pounds above my current milestone. The good part is, it means that this weekend's unusual bump is over - the bad part is... .2! Again! Really quite annoying.
White belt class is always interesting - the instructor who usually teaches it moves very fast. We tend to cover a lot of ground, but I don't generally get time to focus and perfect the new stuff until one of the general classes. Sort of the reverse of what I expected, but it works out ok anyway.
The morning's Crossfit was one that had a bunch of different exercises back-to-back, very fast - circuit-traning style. I tend not to like them very much, but they're probably pretty much ideal practice. My overall progress at Crossfit is fairly slow these days, but I'm getting so much exercise overall I really can't bring myself to worry too much about it.
