Rest Day

Yay for rest days! I definitely need it. The way the timing worked out, I didn't get a full rest day last week at all, so I'm pretty tired.

I'm at another new low today, weight-wise - it's going down steadily on average, even when the day-to-day weight has its ups and downs. Only four pounds to go to my first milestone! I'm hoping to hit it by the 20th or so.

Karate last night was not very stressful, which was a relief. I'm not sure if I could have handled another hour of stance work. I worked with some instructors I've only seen once before, so that was nice. They are all very different in their teaching styles, so it gives me a mich wider perspective on all the things I'm learning.
