Half Rest

I'm glad of the morning off, as usual. My legs are sore in some new and interesting ways, and they'll be better for the time. This morning's weight drop wasn't exactly precipitous, but it's about half a pound better than anything so far - I'm .8 away from my first major goal. I'm only a little impatient about it :P

Had a good time at karate last night, even if my legs hate it - days where we do mostly slow stance work are getting easier, even if they're not easy yet. I'm feeling pretty good about my progress as a whole, and I just hope that my work schedule doesn't do anything drastic to make it impossible to continue. I think at this point I'd rather cut back on Crossfit than karate, if it comes down to it.
