Argh

.2! Just .2 away! Most annoying, although I'm pretty confident I'll get it tomorrow. I also did the Crossfit Total this morning, and I went up ten pounds on my squat and five pounds on my press (finally) although my deads were rather pathetic - ten pounds less than my last effort. It's a net gain for the purposes of scoring, but still frustrating.

I'm looking forward more and more to my week off - I'm going to take at least a triplet off of Crossfit that week, possibly two, depending on how I feel. I'm pretty beat up at the moment, although that's mostly because of the 5k throwing my schedule off. But that week will be 8 or 9 weeks into it and that's usually when I take a bit of time to make sure I'm fully recovered - it always helps. Overtraining is not a good thing.
