Slept til 11:30, so I got my day started fairly late. Hit the Farmer's Market, then met my workout buddy for a brutal, albeit brief, workout, and then had lunch. Tomorrow will either be the official workout or another hike, depending on the weather and the state of my legs.
I just wrapped up my workout spreadsheet for May, and I'm proud to report that I didn't miss a single one - nor did I miss any of the weekday Karate workouts. (I have never had any intention of going to the Saturday ones unless there's a specific reason.) My diet hasn't been quite so perfect, but it's been pretty damn good, and I'm pleased with my overall progress.
Tomorrow I'll get my official June starting stats and re-run my Zone numbers based on them. I don't expect a significant change - my overall body fat percentage has only dropped a point or so - but I want to make sure I've got it all done right. It's been a good month, and I look forward to stretching it into a good summer!
