Finally Friday

Yesterday was just as bad as Wednesday - lots of slooooow kicking, lots of stance work. Thankfully, this morning's crossfit was a simple core strength workout. I used the lowest scaling and am infinitely grateful, because my legs are fried.

I felt better yesterday - went out for sushi for lunch, actually - but still oddly un-hungry. I'm not exactly complaining, but it is strange. My water loss does indeed seem to be over, and I'm down just half a pound from yesterday, which is about normal. I'm still hoping to get another pound and a half or so off this week, to catch up to where I'd be without the massive salt spike, but I'm not going to die if it doesn't happen. I'm also not going to have another cheat meal quite that epic for a while - it was fun to indulge, but I don't think the second drink and the chocolate peanut butter shake were worth the extra couple of days of mild annoyance.
