Ah, strength training. I much prefer it to cardio or circuit training. I'm not far off where I was for the shoulder press, either, which felt really good. My shoulders are sore from punching targets last night, but it didn't stop me from putting up some decent numbers.
I'm definitely PMSing - I was hungry all day yesterday, in a way that's typical for this part of my cycle. I definitely didn't eat as correctly as I should have, but as there's no really unhealthy food in the house, I'm not too worried. I keep good dark chocolate on hand for just such emergencies :)
Speaking of being hungry, I'm going to go make something to eat!
