So of course, I complain about pullups and promptly have to do many, many more. They still suck. It's a good thing tomorrow's a rest day, because I'm sore all over.
Yesterday's food was fine, if a few blocks short (I slept in and decided not to try to make up for the missed meal.) I've held steady, weight-wise, for a couple of days. If I do for another day or so, I'm going to re-run my block calculations and make sure I did them right. All told, though, I'm a hair over five pounds down from last week - probably four of which was water. Easy part's over, now I'm going to have to scrap for my two pounds a week. Bring it!
