That was the most efficient trashing of my upper body that I've every participated in. I'm not going to be able to raise my arms tomorrow.
Still bloated from the weekend, but I expect most of it to drop off today. Weekends are always a little iffy for me, food-wise, because my schedule is just so much more irregular. Yesterday was lovely and relaxing, though - something I desperately needed.
I thought about my blocks and realized that I really haven't been doing 12 blocks, I've been doing 11. I'm going to add another block in, either as another one in my midafternoon snack or one more at dinner, to bring me to 12, which was my target in the first place. Next weekend I'll re-evaluate.
