Sprints!

Sprints are HARD. I'm not a terrible runner, considering, but it's been a long time since I did any sprinting, and I'm bad at it. It certainly felt like a workout, though.

Still shedding water, which is nice - the instant feedback makes these first few days easier. I finished the fish yesterday and had a nice cold dinner of deli turkey, fruit, and cheese. Tonight I'll be cooking the steaks, which should give me a few more options, and lunch is sushi!

I'm still feeling like I'm getting plenty to eat, and haven't had any overwhelming cravings yet. This is a nice contrast to the last "diet" I tried, South Beach, which had me nearly homicidal by the end of the first week. I have a day job in which I'm paid to be friendly and approachable, and that particular side effect was not at all helpful.
