Ironically, I'm out of bed by 8AM on my rest day, but I slept like a log for nine or ten hours, so I'm not complaining. Today is going to be physically relaxing and I have a substantial cheat meal planned tonight, which I'm looking forward to.
One other thing I get to do today is go to the Farmer's Market, which I desperately need, because I'm out of just about everything. The timing is pretty much perfect, actually.
My weight seems to be following a surprisingly consistent two-steps-forward, one-step-back pattern. I'll drop a bunch, gain half of it back the next day, hold for one more day, then drop a bunch more. Sort of odd, but hey, it's working! I do expect all the salt from tonight's dinner to throw me off, though.
So far, so good! I'm pretty pleased with this round of getting myself together, and look forward to being able to sustain it longer than usual.
