Mmm, the extra hour of snoozing was most welcome. I'm still going to karate tonight, so it's not a full rest day, but it's lovely nonetheless.
I had my week's cheat meal yesterday - Indian food - and as a result I'm still holding steady, weight-wise. I'm hoping that I see a pretty substantial drop over the next couple of days as I eat nothing but good stuff and get rid of a lot of the water I'm holding.
I'm probably going to have to hit the store again some time this week - it appears I overestimated how long my salad greens would last, and I'm running low on green stuff in general. Guess I should finish the broccoli...
